A good start, you have (just) covered everything and I am (just) awarding you with P 1 & 2. However, you have copied the sheet too much for reflexive and performative docs and this needs to be put into your own words to solidify the pass.
You must also say WHY the examples you have picked (your own ones) are good examples for the specific format.
Finally, when talking about access and privacy, link to Ofcom's Broadcasting Code, in particular, section 8. You also need to say why dramatisations can be problematic.
Make these changes (and change cameraman to camera operator) to achieve the higher grades.
