Dipict production diary

04/10/2012
We wrote up the list for our synopsis and props list and shuan taught us about storyboards, wounderbar I still dont understamd my groups desier for a dinosaur suit but you have to compramise in every aspect of your life and im sure you can guess from my spelling I have dislexia

09/10/12
We competed the storyboards (finally) and successfully completed it. the shots will deffently look better than how they look on the sheet. why is the one of the most important parts of production the most horrible.

10/10/12
We took our scouting shots and desided on where we will shoot are scenes. (YAY) next lesson I have no idea what gonna happen so surprise.

11/10/12
We finished all the production sheets and sorted out whats going to happen. hopfully we will be shooting in just over an hour (yippie - ki - yay) it will be nice to see the thing we've worked hard on come to life.

12/10/12
Just done our second day of shooting, it sure beats all the writing but you cant film without doing all the paperwork. It's also nice to actually have good teachers/tutors who enjoy teaching there subject and teach it well.

16/10/12
Third day of filming completed, who would have thought that shooting someone multiple times could be so much fun (excluding clearing up all the fake blood afterwards). It's good to have a team that works well togeather and play there parts very well. Thanks to everyone for the effort they have put in.

17/10/12
Finished filming today (relief, yet disapointing)(I have no idea if thats how you spell it) we are going to start editing tomorrow so im sure that will bring up some challangers.

18/10/12
we started to edited today and came across a few challengers, we had to re-shoot a scene and also over ran the time limit that we were given. As our tutor said though "it's all a learning curb" and will give everyone an advantage when it comes to doing the next projects.

19/10/12
Just finished editing with the team. Im glad it's over, I thought I was going to get eye strain; the other members of my group are deffinatly better and more enthusiastic about editing than I am but I was happy and some what suprised by the end product and look forward to seeing it on youtube. I doubt we'll win the competition but I had fun making the product and I hope the team felt the same.
